Die zu übersetzenden Dokumente werden ausschließlich von gerichtlich ermächtigten Übersetzern angefertigt und mit einem amtlichen Stempel beglaubigt. Ermächtigung

Wann sind beglaubigte Übersetzungen erforderlich? Beglaubigte Übersetzungen sind oft zur Vorlage bei Ämtern und Behörden sowie bei internationalen Geschäften erforderlich. Die Anerkennung von den Behörden erfolgt häufig nur dann, wenn die Übersetzungen beglaubigt sind.

Apostillen

Da eine Übersetzung keine öffentliche Urkunde ist und die Beglaubigung nur die Richtigkeit und Vollständigkeit der Übersetzung bestätigt, ist die Ausstellung einer Apostille von deutschen Behörden bei Vorlage von Dokumentübersetzungen im Ausland notwendig. Diese bestätigt dann die Echtheit der beglaubigten Übersetzung. Im Falle von Haager Apostille wird die Echtheit einer öffentlichen Urkunde bestätigt, die im Original vorgelegt werden muss.
